Decurved:

Curving downward.

Deciduous:

Of trees that cast their leaves annually.

Deliquescing:

Auto digestion of the gills and cap that melt into a liquid, as in the genus Coprinus.

Dikaryophase:

A period when there are two nuclei in each cell.

Dikaryotic:

Describes the stage of cells in the dikaryophase.

Diploid:

The condition where each cell has full set of chromosome, ready for sexual reproduction.

Disc:

The middle or central portion of the fungi cap.
